David's two boys mean the world to him. COVID hit at a time when his oldest was in HighSchool and due to the pandemic his son was stripped of his years when being a kid is supposed to be the center of the universe. Ackerman Alliance was  birthed out of the overwhelming need to mentor kids and teach them about responsibility. And always fight to unite the county and demand that we stay on some sort of morally calibrated path. We are on a mission in search of clients, vendors, employees and anybody else who wants to support and promote being above average. We will do what it takes to prepare for and deal with teranny, financial elder abuse, animal cruelty  and anything else that causes damage to our kids. 

 

Ackerman Alliance is dedicated to a singular objective: to reclaim the core values and capabilities that have slipped from America's grasp. Our nation has faltered in its leadership and its commitment to equipping individuals with the essential skills and education required for self-assurance and success. David's upbringing on a working farm and in a commercial apple orchard instilled in him the value of diligence and the self-esteem that comes from mastering complex tasks from a very young age. Our initiative focuses on developing expansive properties designed as learning hubs, where we impart vital life skills to the youth. Moreover, we aim to foster a community-centric approach, motivating people to source and provide essentials locally, thereby reinforcing a self-sustaining ecosystem. These land facilities will house training centers where local youth can learn how to work on engines, grow food for their families and even learn the skills needed to build off grid power generation systems. Life skills taught by masters of their trades.

Mr. Easley's path has been anything but ordinary, diverging significantly from the conventional trajectory of a college-educated intern. His academic journey took an unexpected turn when he left high school just two weeks before graduation, later securing his GED diploma from a respected community college. His early career was grounded in the aviation industry, where he worked at a local municipal airport, refueling aircraft while nurturing aspirations of becoming a professional pilot.

In late 1993, Mr. Easley ventured to Los Angeles, embarking on an ambitious year-long quest to penetrate the film industry. His tenure in Hollywood included several TV engagements and demanding roles on movie sets, after which he returned to Tacoma. There, he explored the golf industry and briefly pursued flight school, but these plans shifted when he embraced fatherhood, an experience that profoundly reshaped his perspective on life and time.

Renowned for his readiness to seize opportunities, Mr. Easley joined the investment industry at 25, marking the beginning of a remarkable career in national investment wholesaleing. His tenure in this field offered a unique vantage point into the financial sector's inner workings. As a pivotal member of sales teams at prestigious Wall Street firms like Smith Barney Mutual Funds, Citigroup Asset Management, Legg Mason, and Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management, he has consistently conveyed critical messages and insights. His interactions with some of the most astute minds in business and academia have enriched him with practical knowledge of financial complexities.

An interesting chapter in Mr. Easley's diverse career was his experience on the PGA Tour, caddying for a close friend from his local golf course. This stint in the world of professional golf not only refined his skills but also ignited a passion to impart the wealth of knowledge and life lessons he had amassed. Mr. Easley's journey is a testament to the rich tapestry of experiences that shape influential leaders and thinkers.
